What cities/ towns does Lucy’s Looks Deliver to?
We deliver to Westport, Wilton, Southport , Fairfield and areas of Norwalk. Right now we are focused on our most immediate neighboring towns, but as we build our team we will expand to areas south of Darien in 2020.

Are their any costs associated with this concierge shopping service?
The first Lucy’s Looks delivery is complementary, and all others from that point forward are charged a $25 styling fee. This $25 styling fee will be applied as a credit toward anything you purchase from your delivery.

Am I charged upfront for all the outfits selected to be delivered by Lucy’s Looks?
No– we simply ask for a credit card to be kept on file. You are only charged once the entire process is completed and your purchase decisions have been made. A receipt is then emailed.

What if I don’t purchase any items from a Lucy’s Looks delivery?
There is no obligation to purchase anything, but to cover costs of styling and transportation, a charge of $25 will be charged to your credit card on file.

Do I have to be home for a selection of outfits to be delivered or picked up?
As long as you’ve directed your Lucy’s Stylist where to leave your delivery, you don’t have to be at home. A Lucy’s Looks garment bag will left, weather permitting. For pickups, simply leave your returns in the Lucy’s garment bag outside in the specified location (weather permitting) and simply text your Lucy’s stylist at 203.428.0078

Is Lucy’s Looks a monthly subscription service?
NO. Lucy’s Looks is an on demand service, for whenever you need anything fashion related! After your first delivery, just go to shoplucyslooks.com and click on “request delivery”.

What is the return Policy for items that I purchase from Lucy’s Looks service?
The items purchased once a Lucy’s looks process is completed are final sale. We have found the three days that we give our clients to try on outfits in the comfort of their own home, is ample time to make confident purchase decisions.
